easy beer batter

Post by SDR_Mordred1973 on Thu Mar 22, 2012 5:02 am

This is the simplest recipe I have made. It works on a variety of things including fish, onion rings, or whatever u wanna fry.
-2 cans of beer
-flour
-1/2 tablespoon salt
-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

-pour beer into mixing bowl
-add flour slowly, while mixing untill mixture is like pancake batter. Amount varies.
- add salt and Cayenne, stir well.

Now be sure to dust whatever u wanna fry in flour first, then dip in batter and go straight to oil.
my favorite thing to fry is hot dogs. Yeah that's what I said. Just roll them in flour, dip it, fry it, then top with your favorite toppings. No matter what I wanna fry this batter will work.
