The Big Kahuna burger
Ok so in honor of my full membership, I wanted to give everyone something. We've all seen pulp fiction right, well a friend and I decided to recreate the big kahuna burger one night (alcohol was involved). So here it is
- take 1 pound ground beef and break it up in mixing bowl
- add 1 8 ounce can of drained crushed pineapple
- mix together thourghly
- divide mixture into 4 equal sized portions then patty each one
- grill burger's as u like. I use my foreman grill. It locks in a lot more of the juice
-top each burger with 2 slices of pepperjack cheese
So I know your thinking this was too easy right. Well there's more.
- take 1 cup miracle whip and put in a seperate mixing bowl
- add 1 tablespoon of carribean jerk seasoning and mix well
- toast 4 whole wheat buns
- apply mixture liberally to top of each bun. Don't be shy its the best part.
Now sit back and enjoy your Big Kahuna burger. Its a mighty tasty burger
I was a chef in all but name for many years, if anyone has a request for a recipe thread, just let me know. Ill be happy to post whatever u like.

Re: The Big Kahuna burger
Oh my ... The big kahuna is proof that Mordred is more than a normal cook. I would never have added pineapple to a burger... lol and your last statement backs up my thought... and oh yeah --- I think there will be requests...
Maybe we should make a thread just for requests in general. Not just you, but anyone or everyone who wants to reply. May have 3 or 4 different options for a similar dish!
