Not gonna take credit for this one got it from Emeril Laggise from his Apple cherry pie recipe.
This is a wonderful replacement to the sugar topping on the Good morning muffins, it's proly less healthy but damn dose it taste good.
It requires cooking so add prior to putting the muffins in the oven.

1 rolled oats
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/4 teas cup poon of cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg

In a bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Blend the butter into the dry ingredients using your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add to pie or muffins prior to cooking.
